A1techstore  may update terms & conditions from time to time please print this page for reference on the day of purchase if required.

Guarantee

All items A1techstore supply have a minimum of 30 Days guarantee unless stated longer, this does not affect your statutory rights under "The Sale of Goods Act 1979" (as amended) and "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000"

 

In the unlikely event that a fault does occur, A1techstore will replace the faulty part(s) or item  free of charge. (Part or item will be replaced depending on fault and in accordance to your statutory rights), 

BE CAREFUL WHEN PUTTING UNLOCK SIMCARDS AND YOUR SIMCARD IN, NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE GIVEN FOR DAMAGED UNLOCK CARDS.

A1techstore WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IF YOU DAMAGE YOUR PHONE OR YOUR SIMCARD.

We take  no responsibility for any damage that may occur to your mobile phone by performing the unlock procedure or using any software provided.

Exchange & Refund

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason. You must inform us within 7 days of the date of delivery.

It is your responsibility to return your purchase in good condition, in its original box and packaging supplied.

Goods that are returned without original packing are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

You will be responsible for the cost of the return.  We advise customers to send goods via Royal Mail recorded delivery with insurance or with a reputable courier where a signature is required upon delivery.

For any exchange after 7 days of the date of delivery, A1techstore charge 15% per item to cover administration costs associated with the exchange.

When calling or emailing for support please have your order number to hand.

 

P&P will not be refunded

It is our policy to refund all items via the original purchase method of payment within 28 days.

The images and sizes advertised in our listings are provided to our customers as a reference of the item being sold.  Our manufactures supply the images.  We aim to reflect any upgrades or modifications made by our suppliers, but we cannot be held responsible if the item does not reflect the image or size 100%.  If the image or size does differ, it will be a slight minor difference to the goods provided. If you need specific details please email us before purchase.
